Attempts to mobilize judicial resources to curb institutional corruption

Here is the English version of the data allowing the study of some very problematic judgments having been rendered by several courts of the Quebec and Canada States.

The custom is that citizens do not discuss judgments rendered by the courts and are content to accept them even if they are sometimes imperfect...

But what about when judgments are deeply flawed and inconsistent with common sense and evidence?

These cases are material to feed research and scientific publication.

And that’s what the publication of this presentation is about.

The fact that these judicial malfunctions occurred in Quebec, a State having notorious constitutional difficulties, is probably not a mere coincidence.

This research hypothesis will be examined in future studies inspired by this data collection.
